Cargo packing
To transport the goods intact and safe, you must first take care of its safety during transportation. The packaging, which is selected taking into account the type of cargo, the length of the journey, the temperature regime and other factors, will protect the products from damage, spoilage, loss and access by unauthorized persons.
Types of packaging for goods
When preparing a cargo for transportation, packaging products are used, taking into account the characteristics of the goods. Depending on individual nuances, either one type of packaging is used, or combined options are used for maximum protection.
There is a large selection of packaging products. In trucking companies, the range of packaging may vary. For industrial goods, solid types of packaging are used.
Pallet board
It is a reusable wooden container with an adjustable height. The pallet board consists of separate elements, assembled as a constructor from wooden parts, does not bend and reliably protects the cargo from damage and mechanical stress. It is intended for transportation of goods by road and is disassembled after delivery of the goods.
This type of packaging is used for the transportation of fragile products, goods of non-standard shapes and dimensional products. Suitable for the following types of goods:
office equipment;
photographic equipment;
electrical goods;
medical supplies, optics;
lighting equipment (chandeliers, lamps, lamps), etc.
The package consists of a pallet, sides, lid, fixing tape and some other parts. For added security, bubble wrap can be used inside.
Wooden lathing
Rigid packaging is presented in the form of a wooden frame. It consists of wooden panels that are connected with nails. It is used for cargo of large sizes and non-standard shapes in the case when it is not possible to use a pallet board.
Wooden crate is used when transporting products that need careful treatment. Suitable for transportation of the following types of goods:
ceramic and glass products;
car parts;
various equipment;
dishes;
bicycles, motor vehicles, etc.
To increase the reliability of the packaging, a stretch or polypropylene film is used together with a wooden crate, and a bubble film is used for additional cushioning.
Cardboard box
Popular packaging products that protect against damage, deformation, scattering of piece goods, and also provide grouping of cargo. Cardboard boxes differ in size and density, which allows you to choose a product for a specific product.
Packaging containers are used for various goods:

tobacco products, etc.
Packaging products are made of cardboard of a certain density. The most commonly used three-layer and five-layer cardboard. For some groups of goods, technology, high density multilayer cardboard is used.
